VT uses a low-molecular fish collagen at around 300 daltons, small enough to sit within the surface layers rather than resting entirely on top as full-size collagen does; it is carried in the visible pink capsules that dissolve during application. Three weights of hyaluronic acid hydrate at different depths, which is what softens the fine crepe lines that are dehydration rather than structural ageing. 2. Dispense a small amount — enough for both eyes — onto the back of the hand.

4. Switch on the applicator and glide it over the product until the pink capsules have dissolved.
5. Follow with moisturiser, and sunscreen in the morning.

Recommended frequency

• Dry or mature skin — twice daily, morning and evening.
• Normal or combination skin — once daily in the evening.
• Puffiness-prone eyes — in the morning, worked outwards towards the temple.

Better-hydrated skin and softer fine lines are visible within one to two weeks. Changes in firmness develop over eight to twelve weeks of daily use.

Good to know

Contains fragrance and marine-derived collagen. Keep it on the orbital bone rather than up against the lash line, where creams migrate into the eye overnight. Alternate evenings if you also use a retinoid eye product. Clean the applicator tip after each use and store away from heat.
